1. The seller
These terms govern sales concluded on blesse-jewellery.com between Blessé Jewellery BV, Hoveniersstraat 12, 2018 Antwerpen, Belgium (BE 0765.432.109), and the customer.
2. Products
Every necklace is handmade to order. Because natural diamonds vary, minor differences in colour, clarity, and inclusions between the photograph and the delivered piece are normal and are not a defect.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in the currency of your region and include all applicable VAT for shipments to the EU and UK. US orders are delivered duties-paid. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed via Shopify Payments (all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, PayPal).
4. Delivery
Please allow 3–5 business days for crafting plus 2–8 business days for insured delivery. Risk of loss passes to the customer on delivery to the address specified in the order.
5. Withdrawal & returns
You may withdraw from the contract within 30 days of delivery without giving reason, provided the piece is unworn and returned with all original packaging and the GIA certificate. Engraved or bespoke pieces are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
6. Warranty
Every piece is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and by complimentary annual servicing. Damage from wear, accident, or misuse is not covered but can be repaired for a fee.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer-protection laws of their country of residence.
8. Dispute resolution
Please write to us first — we will do everything we can to resolve any issue. EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
