Shipping
Every order ships complimentary and fully insured, delivered by FedEx or an equivalent signature-required service. A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel leaves our atelier.
- United States & Canada — 3–5 business days
- United Kingdom & European Union — 2–4 business days
- Rest of world — 5–8 business days
Because every necklace is made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for crafting before dispatch. A confirmation with tracking is sent the day your piece ships.
Duties & taxes
Orders to the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union are delivered duties-paid — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. For other destinations the recipient may be responsible for local import duties.
Returns
You may return any unworn piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Items must be returned in their original packaging with the GIA certificate.
Write to us and we will email a fully insured, prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the piece arriving back at our atelier.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange for a different length or a different style within 30 days — just get in touch and we will arrange it.
